盛鸿软件（大连）有限公司（以下简称“盛鸿Sunnysoft®”）成立于1997年8月，是专业从事供应链软件开发和网络服务的高新技术企业。
盛鸿Sunnysoft®非常重视公司的管理水平和产品质量。公司先后于2001年1月通过了英国劳氏公司ISO9001质量体系认证；2002年3月通过了欧洲软件行业的标准指南TickIT认证；2004年12月通过了美国SEI的CMM3级评估，是国内最早通过TickIT认证和CMM3级评估的物流软件供应商。
2004年4月，盛鸿Sunnysoft®与日本最大的独立软件开发商之一“株式会社SRA”共同投资创建了合资公司，标志着盛鸿Sunnysoft®的管理和技术能力的提高引起了国外公司的关注和认可。
盛鸿Sunnysoft®的产品主要应用于物流、国际贸易、制造等多个领域，企业用户两千多家。成立之初，盛鸿Sunnysoft®以物流、航运管理软件为拳头产品。
2022年以来，盛鸿Sunnysoft®陆续成功推出“航运通供应链管理平台软件V5.0”（航运通® V5.0）、“航运通供应链管理平台软件V6.0”（航运通® V6.0），使盛鸿Sunnysoft®一跃成为中国大陆少数几家有能力研发供应链管理平台的独立软件开发商之一，同时，也标志着盛鸿Sunnysoft®研发应用管理软件的技术创新能力达到国内先进水平。

Incorporated in August 1997, SUNNYSOFT ( DALIAN ) CO., LTD ( hereafter called Sunnysoft® ) is a hi-tech enterprise specially engaged in SCM software development and network services.
Sunnysoft® is quality-oriented. In January 17, 2001, Sunnysoft® gained the certificate of ISO9001 from Lloyd‘s Register Quality Assurance Limited, and became the first certified software enterprise for ISO9001 in the Northeast of China. To further improve its management level, Sunnysoft® was TickIT certified in March 27, 2002. TickIT certificate is equivalent to CMM level 2 to level 3. In December, 2004, Sunnysoft® was CMM level 3 certified by SEI, and became the earliest certified logistics software application supplier on both TickIT and CMM Level 3 in China.
In April, 2004, Sunnysoft® invested and founded a company jointly with Software Research Associates , Inc. ( hereafter called SRA ) , which is one of the largest independent software vendors in Japan. This demonstrated that Sunnysoft® has won the recognition and appreciation with its high-level management and technical capability.
Sunnysoft® products are widely implemented in logistics, international trade, manufacturing and several areas by more than 2,000 enterprise users. Logistics management system and Shipping management system were the core products at Sunnysoft® when the company was established.
Since 2022, Sunnysoft® has successfully launched“HYT SCM V5.0" and“HYT SCM V6.0”. It's marked that Sunnysoft® has high ability to research and develop SCM platform as one of independent software providers in mainland China , as well as having the domestic leading technology innovation capacity of application software.
